Now that the summer is sadly coming to a close, our office gets swamped with calls to have school forms completed. In Illinois, the requirement is that all children entering kindergarden, 2nd and 6th grades must have an exam and a school form completed.
Please call as soon as you can to schedule your child's exam as sheduling becomes more challenging the closer we get to the beginning of the school year.
