Appointments
We want to provide you with our undivided attention during your appointment. Once an appointment is made, please remember that this time has been "reserved" just for you. We reserve the right to charge a fee for missed or broken appointments without a 48 hour notice.

Insurance
Our office is committed to helping our patients maximize their dental benefits. We accept most major insurance plans. Due to the wide array of insurance contracts, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith, but cannot guarantee benefits. Your estimated patient portion will be due when services are rendered. We will bill your insurance company for services and will allow them six weeks render payments. After that time you will be responsible for the entire balance in full. If you need any additional information, our staff is always available to answer questions.
